A disturbing biography (“Factory Girl”), a horror sequel (“The Hills Have Eyes 2”), a psychological thriller (“The Number 23”) and a dark romance (“Premonition”) are the top titles arriving at DVD outlets on this third Friday of July. The top DVD rental and sales titles are:

13. “The Last Mimzy” (PG); Grade: B-; with Rainn Wilson and Michael Clarke Duncan in a family fantasy about a brother and sister who discover a toy from the future and develop incredible talents while playing with it.
