Joy Mickey and Joshua Hertlein were united in marriage on May 26 at Third Presbyterian Church in Uniontown. Pastor Joshua Grimes officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of David and Wendy Mickey of Uniontown. The bridegroom is the son of Greg and Rebecca Hertlein of Clearfield.

Maid of honor was Jessica Smith. Bridesmaids were Crystal Daniel, cousin of the bride; Jessica Galie, Ashley Klink, Emily Taylor and Gayle Specht. Flower girl was Madison Beatty, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Zach Hertlein, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Nate Wooster, Brad Boob, David Warwick, Mark Davidson and Brandon Wishard, cousin of the bride. Ring bearers were Dylan and Zachary Wingrove, cousins of the bride.

A reception was held at the Summit Inn in Farmington.

The bride graduated from Laurel Highlands High School and is currently attending West Virginia University studying toward a bachelor’s degree in music education.

The bridegroom graduated from Clearfield High School, and Clarion University with a bachelor’s degree in math education, and West Virginia University with a master’s degree in statistics. He is employed at West Virginia University.

The newlyweds honeymooned on a Norwegian Cruise ship in Hawaii.

They reside in Uniontown.
