He is survived by his wife, LaVerne Colbert Christner; daughters: Barbara Hall and Mrs. Steve (Amy) Smitley; a son, Larry Christner; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Esther Swank; and brothers: Duane Christner, Carl Christner and David Christner.
Friends will be received in the RALPH E. GALLEY FUNERAL HOME, Dawson, until 11 a.m. today.
