Tiffany Renee Mattei of Carmichaels and Eric James Riley of Ocean City, Md., are engaged to be married. The bride-elect is the daughter of Alan and Tabitha Mattei and Mitzi Tennant of Carmichaels. She is a 2001 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Waynesburg College.

Her fiance is the son of James and Sharon Riley of Ocean City, Md.

He is a graduate of Magruder High School in Rockville, Md., and Towson University in Towson, Md. He is serving with the United States Coast Guard, stationed in Boston, Mass.
