He was born and raised in Smithfield, Pa.
He was predeceased by grandmother, Evelyn Barrett and grandparents, Arthur and Edith Lilley.
Surviving are his loving wife and children, Christine Lilley, daughter, Mackenzie and son, Cole; parents, Arthur and Elizabeth Lilley; brother, Michael Lilley and wife Katja; half-brothers, Bruce Sanford and wife Mary and James Sanford and wife Beth; half-sisters, Sandra Horton and husband Rick and Jessica Barnett; and grandparents, Ralph and Louise Barrett and Jerry and Sondra Tate.
The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held in the Fairchance Free Methodist Church, 53 South Morgantown Street, Fair-chance, Pa., on Saturday, June 23, 2007, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Christopher Aydlett and Pastor Rawlings Barnes officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa., with Military Rites being accorded at graveside.
