Bonnie Gay Franks
Bonnie Gay Franks, 57, of Bethel Park, Pa., formerly of Uniontown, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 27, 2007, in the Latrobe Hospital. She was born December 22, 1949, in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Orval Franks and Patricia Stockwell Stefanik.
She was a member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church and a graduate of the former North Union High School.
Bonnie had a love for all animals.
Bonnie is survived by her loving and devoted sisters: Sharon Seiling and husband, David of Bethel Park, Pa., Deborah Proctor of Newell, Pa., and Pattie Jo Hickle and husband, Paul of Uniontown; her nieces and nephews whom she adored: Michael, Crystal, Robert, Rebecca, Nathan, Natalie, Nicole and Patrick; great-niece, Madalyn; and great-nephew, Mikey who lovingly called her Nanny. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins and her dog, Pixie and her cats whom she loved.
Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today March 2, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday morning, March 3, 2007, until 9 a.m., when a Blessing Service will be held followed by a 9:30 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Michael J. Crookston as Celebrant.
Interment is private for the family.
