Annette M. Heine Stefko
Annette M. (Heine) Stefko, age 91, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, died Friday, March 3, 2007, in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. She was born December 31, 1915, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Leon John Heine and Mary (Steffen) Heine Santore.
Prior to retirement, Annette was employed by the G. C. Murphy Company, Greengate Mall, Greensburg.
She was a member of Saint Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph V. Stefko Sr., stepfather, William Santore, stepsister, Ann Santore Britt, two stepbrothers, Michael Santore and Charles Santore, and a sister, Eleanor Heine Gray.
She is survived by two sons: Joseph V. Stefko Jr. and his wife, Phyllis, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and David John Stefko and his wife, Katherine, of Jeannette, Pennsylvania; and two grandsons: Steven Stefko of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Michael Stefko of Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton Street at Green, Greensburg, PA 15601 (724-837-5211).
Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, with the Rev. Blane L. Resko, O.S.B., officiating.
Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
