Jack Wasko
Jack Wasko, age 67, of New Salem, Pa., passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007, at his residence. He was born December 11, 1939, in East Millsboro, Pa., the son of Joseph W. Wasko and Kathleen Moore Wasko.
Jack was a retired equipment operator from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
He enjoyed hunting, quad races, wrestling and the Wednesday Night Pool League.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Carmen Wasko and Fred M. Wasko, and his parents.
Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Lee and her husband, Scott, of New Salem, Pa.; stepdaughter, Debbie Wozny and her husband, Mark, of Crucible, Pa.; stepson, Eric Cromwell of New Salem, Pa.; grandchildren: Seth Lee, Stormie Wozny and Autumn Wozny; a sister, Cindy Leon and her husband, Walt, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; brothers: Robert Wasko and his wife, Darla, of Chalk Hill, Pa., Ralph Wasko and his wife, Diane, of Florence, South Carolina, and Ron Wasko of Temple, Georgia; a sister-in-law, Gloria, of Madison, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME, 19 LEGION STREET, REPUBLIC, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 7, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
