ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, corner of Beeson Avenue and Dunbar Street in Uniontown, announces Sunday’s more casual 9 a.m. worship service will include the Rev. Thomas E. Brown’s message “A Fellowship of Fools,’ praise choruses led by song leader Barb Cruse and special music by pianist Sharon Brown.

The more traditional 11 a.m. service will include the message by Brown and special music by the Asbury Chancel Choir and music director and organist and music director Jim Hutchinson. Dog and Spuds Luncheon to benefit Asbury Youth will follow the 11 a.m. service. Asbury Youth meets Sunday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. for students in grades six to 12. MITCH WALL MINISTRIES announces an American Country Revival will be held on Sunday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at the Grindstone Fireman’s Social Hall. “The purpose of the revival is to bring forth a harvest of souls to be led to receive Jesus Christ as their savior and to promote church growth in the local communities,’ stated the Rev. Mitch Wall. “My desire is to tell people about the Good News of Jesus Christ through music and my message.’ Steel Witness, which was formed in 2002 and recently released its first album titled “Repent,’ will perform.
