Jeremiah E. Rosser, 21, of McDonald was cited for disorderly conduct after police allegedly discovered Rosser urinating in the parking lot of Jefferson Apartments at 1:26 a.m. Saturday, borough police said.

California police charged Jeffrey A. Perry, 22, of Pittsburgh with theft by unlawful taking for allegedly stealing a cell phone in the borough recently.

Two charged

California police said Aaron Mikita, 18, and Travis M. Palmer, 18, both from Monessen, were charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for multiple reports of graffiti spray-painted on buildings in the borough. The two are allegedly responsible for painting the work shed at the California Terrace, the stall at Sudsy’s Car Wash and the band building at Booster Field, police said.

Men charged

Uniontown police said Kenneth C. Holt, 43, of Uniontown and Kent Christopher Wilson, 27, of Lemont Furnace were each charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after they fought on Askren Street just after midnight Monday. Both men allegedly refused to comply with police and were shot with TASER guns to be taken into custody, police said.

A passenger in Kuhn’s vehicle, Rebecca McGee, no address available, suffered injuries in the crash and was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., police said.
