Lois J. Valari, 75, of Pensacola, Fla., formerly of Perryopolis died Tuesday, March 13, 2007, in her home. She was born December 8, 1931, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late William Jones and the late Margaret Goodwin Jones Salyers.

Mrs. Valari was a member of the Star Junction Baptist Church and the Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John L. Valari; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a half-brother, Robert Jones and two stepsisters, Evelyn Baney and Fern Davis.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Friday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday with the Rev. Don Bowser officiating.

Interment will follow in the Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
