Arthur Neil Bair, age 73, of Dunbar, Pa., passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2007, in his home.

He was born on December 15, 1933, in Dunbar, Pa., the son of the now late Arthur Bair and Florence Hardy Bair.

Arthur was a veteran of the Korean Conflict who served in the United States Navy.

He was a retired supervisor of Rabies Prevention with the State of Virginia and later served as a Pennsylvania Park Ranger.

He was a member of the Connellsville Independent Slovak Club, the Dunbar Township Eagles Club and the Juniata Sportsmen’s Club.

Arthur is survived by his daughter, Susan D. Taylor and her husband, Dave, of Jefferson, Pa.; sister, Marilyn Butler and her husband, Bill, of Dunbar, Pa.; grandson, Dylan Taylor; nieces: Pamela Holsing and Kelly Smell; and his former wife, Irene Bair of Jefferson, Pa.

Visitation will be held in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., today (Sunday March 18) from 12 until 5 p.m.
