The Education Council of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce has honored Stephanie Sapp of Lake Lynn, and a junior at Fayette County Area Vocational-Technical School, as a student of the Month for January. The daughter of April and John Sapp, Stephanie plans to attend Laurel Business Institute to study computer software support with the career goal of becoming a computer technician and/or computer coordinator. Sapp does freelance Web page design and repairs computers for community members in the school program. Her design was chosen as the school computer background.
Sapp is focused on assistance with school computer work and problem solving.
