Billy N. Dugan
Billy Neal Dugan, 84, of Connellsville, Pa., died Sunday, March 18, 2007, in his residence. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Mae Straub Dugan; his son, Terry L. Dugan of Galveston, Texas; his daughters: Mrs. Van (Ginger) Rudloff, of Milton, and Mrs. James Russell (Linda) Huff of Connellsville; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his sister, Betty Kurtz of Milton.
Friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, Pa., today, March 21, 2007, until 11 a.m., the hour of the service.
