State police investigated a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Route 40 near the Watering Trough at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday. Emergency officials on scene said the vehicle is believed to have rolled once before flipping back onto its wheels. No injuries were reported. A spokeswoman for Fayette County 911 said Hopwood and North Union volunteer fire departments responded to the scene, as did Uniontown Fireman’s Ambulance.
