Arlene Oravec
Arlene Oravec, 71 of Moon Township, died on Wednesday, March 21, 2007, in the Sewickley Valley Hospital. She was born July 4, 1935, in Butte, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of the late Michael and Dora Fulton Gmitter.
She was a member of Saint Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, Moon Township where she was a member of the Christian Mothers.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Andrew Oravec; three daughters and a son-in-law: Janice Bolea of Coraopolis, Kelly and Jeff Niehaus of Moon Township, and Amy Oravec of Moon Township; four grandchildren: Robin and Richelle Bolea and Madison and Tyler Niehaus; three sisters: Marie Holick of New Jersey, Dorothy Holepit of Virginia and Mildred Nemchik of Uniontown.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the HUNTSMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, of Moon Township, where a Prayer Service will be conducted on Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m., in Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
Entombment will follow in the Resurrection Cemetery.
