Shirley Ann Fisher, 38, of Daisytown was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident outside a home in Perry Township at 5 a.m. Friday, state police said.

Hit-and-run probed
State police said no one was injured when cars driven by an unidentified driver and Mark Thomas Jr. of Republic collided on Route 40 at 9:25 p.m. Monday. The unidentified driver fled the scene, police said.

Windows broken
Lawrence Calcagno of Uniontown told city police that someone he knows broke the windows of his pickup truck and broke a basement window at his home on Carson Street at 3:43 p.m. Thursday, Uniontown police said.

Douglas Lecorchick of Uniontown told city police that a videocassette recorder was stolen from his home on South Mount Vernon Avenue at 6:55 p.m. Thursday, Uniontown police said.
Earlier in the day, Lisa Lecorchick reported that food had been stolen from the same home, police said.

Uniontown police said Joyce VanSickle of Uniontown was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident on Gallatin Avenue at 9:43 p.m. Thursday.
Police said that in an unrelated incident, VanSickle reported to police that her dog was stolen from her yard on Carson Street at 9:19 a.m. Thursday.

State police at Waynesburg said a Mather resident would be charged with disorderly conduct after he was seen begging kids for money as they got off a school bus near the Mather Post Office in Morgan Township Wednesday.

Woman struck
Kathleen Brown, 43, of Waynesburg told police that a 36-year-old Nemacolin man struck her in the face with a stick Friday at 571 Whites Ridge Road, Center Township.

Window smashed
Uniontown police said vandals smashed a window with a brick at the Euclid Avenue home of Brenda Bailey at 8:18 p.m. Thursday.

Vehicle recovered
State police reported that a 1984 Chevrolet S-10 pickup stolen from Smith Creek Road Thursday has been recovered. They said a 43-year-old Pittsburgh man illegally towed the vehicle belonging to Angel Marie Thompson, 49, of Crucible from the location. The man has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Ordinance violations
Dunbar Township code enforcement officer Roger L. Adams filed ordinance violations charges against Andy Dean of Pechin Road and Harriet Snyder of Church Hill Road on March 15 at Magisterial District Judge Dwight Shaner’s office.
Adams said Dean and Snyder are allegedly repeat offenders who have continued to ignore previous warnings regarding the clean up of their properties.
He additionally said that they could face fines of $300 plus court costs.
Adams said each day that are in violation constitutes a separate offense.

Carloe Lee Popp, 66, of Amity, told police that someone entered a house at 683 Ten Mile Rd. Thursday and removed several items.

Attempted kidnapping
Danielle Marie Femc, 19, of Eighty Four told police that an unknown man abruptly grabbed her by the arms while she was talking to him on Mingo Creek Road near Parkview Road in Mingo Creek Park at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Police said the man was driving a small size white pickup truck with a green stripe along the lower sides of the truck. He is described as a heavyset white male, mid to late forties, about 6-foot 2 inches in height. Anyone with information is asked to call Trooper David Vanderaar at 724-223-5200.

David Woodhouse of Washington was sited for public drunkenness Friday at 4:20 a.m. on Interstate 70 eastbound at the Jefferson Avenue overpass.
