Angela Marie Jackson of Ohiopyle is engaged to wed George (Chris) Christopher Mikolowsky of Uniontown. The bride-elect is the daughter of Jack and Sharon Jackson of Ohiopyle. She is a biology student at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and is employed at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa.

Her fiance is the son of Jacqueline and Samuel Sprowls and the late George J. Mikolowsky. He is a physics and mathematics teacher at Laurel Highlands High School. He is also the sommelier at Lautrec at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa.

A wedding date of Aug. 11 is set.
