ST. THERESE ALTAR SOCIETY will meet on April 12 at 7 p.m. instead of April 5, Holy Thursday. Members will receive communion Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Mass. JEFFERSON CATHOLIC CLUB, St. John the Evangelist Church, Uniontown, will hold a dinner meeting Wednesday at Meloni’s Restaurant, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Call Kathy Bush for dinner reservations. Members are reminded to bring items for the dinner dance basket of cheer.
GOLDEN AGERS OF UNIONTOWN will meet Tuesday at 1p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church for a covered-dish luncheon.
ST. ANTHONY FRATENRITY OF SECULAR FRANCISCANS will meet Tuesday following the 8:45 a.m. Mass at St. Anthony Friary.
RONCO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at the Ronco Fire Hall. Trooper Brian Burden of the State Police at Uniontown will be the speaker. Guest will be a representative of District Attorney Nancy Vernon’s office.
AMVETS POST 103, Ladies Auxiliary, will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the post home.
WASHINGTON-FAYETTE-GREENE COUNTY COUCNIL of the American Legion Auxiliary has rescheduled its meeting for Wednesday at the West Alexander American Legion Post Home. Executive meeting is at 10:30 a.m. followed by the regular meeting at 11. Melissa Hrinya, department membership chairman, will be the guest. Members are to bring gifts for the president’s project raffle. Poppy contest and memorial service will be held. For reservations, call Irene Amos at 724-484-7814.
