Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the Interlock Program. Melvin Miller, 44, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for criminal attempt to commit unlawful contact with a minor.
John Wade Campbell, 50, of Normalville was sentenced to 24 months state Intermediate Punishment for DUI.
James Huffine Sr., 46, of Connellsville was sentenced to 24 months state Intermediate Punishment for DUI.
Cordele E. Patterson, 33, of Cardale was sentenced to three months probation for DUI.
William Eric Tissue, 43, of Everson was sentenced to seven to 14 years in a state prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
Mary Ann Julie Kraynak, 49, of Connellsville was sentenced to three to six years in a state prison for delivery of drugs.
Nicole Lea Wiltrout, 28, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to two years probation for acquiring drugs by forgery.
Caroline Sneddon-McShane, 35, of Ohiopyle was sentenced to a total of 23 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first 11 months served on house arrest, in six cases involving two counts of bad checks and forgery and one count of identity theft and theft by deception. She was ordered to make restitution in the following amounts: $374.07 to Ryan Oil, $3,462 to Uniontown Toyota, $29,257.66 to C. Harper Autoplex, $18,999 to Courtesy Jeep Suzuki, $5,212.55 to John Howard Motors, $30,525.59 to Dawn Wright and Chase Bank, $1,948 to Nancy Angelo and $154.30 to Uniontown Financial Services.
Selina L. Bunkley, 38, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six months Intermediate Punishment, with the first three months served on house arrest, for possession of contraband.
Lisa Marie Swink, 34, of Dawson was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for acquiring a controlled substance by misrepresentation.
Judy Ann Swope, 23, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for false reports.
Brian Lee Swank, 29, of Connellsville was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI. In a second case, he received the same sentence for a second count of DUI.
Adam Douglas Smith, 25, of Bobtown was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Kathleen Diane Smith, 45, of Fairchance was sentenced to six months probation for prostitution.
Joshua Allen Hodge, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Kevin Gregg Wilson, 46, of New Salem was sentenced to six months probation for disorderly conduct.
Antwan P. Black, 27, of Brownsville was sentenced to 48 hours to 30 days in the Fayette County Prison for possession of a controlled substance.
Anthony Lee Smith, 23, of Dickerson Run was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Timothy Michael Reckner, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for theft from a motor vehicle.
Mark Anthony DiMatteo, 47, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first 90 days served on house arrest, for DU I.
Christopher Greer, 22, no address listed, was sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Kimberly Susan Monosky, 49, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first six months served on house arrest, for forgery and was ordered to make $1,220 in restitution to PNC Bank deposit recovery and $65 to Patricia Berkheimer.
Joseph C. Burkhart, 37, of McKees Rocks was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Karen Elaine Ellisor, 45, of Clairton was sentenced to two years probation for forgery and was ordered to make $1,360 in restitution to Charles M. Basarab.

Jerry Sanford Gibson, 27, of Morgantown, W.Va., was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $39.98 in restitution to Super K-Mart.
James Darrell Gemas, 30, of Fairbank was sentenced to 16 to 40 years in a state prison for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Shawn Michael Queer, 36, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of two to four years in a state prison for four cases, each involving a burglary charge. He was ordered to make restitution in the following amounts: $500 to Dairy Queen, $375 to Nickman’s Drug Store, $880.03 to James W. Nickman and $171.90 to Speedy Meedy’s Gas Station.
James Harold King, 19, of Indiana was sentenced to three to 14 months in a state prison for arson and was ordered to make $160.74 in restitution to the Fayette County Prison.
Gregory Allen Gwynn, 47, of Point Marion was sentenced to 12 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first six months served on house arrest, for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $4,000 in restitution to Jody Smith.
John A. Stutler, 20, of Connellsville was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in a state prison for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $12,900 in restitution to Toby Bros. Iron & Metal.
Daniel Charles Beckett, 48, of Smithfield was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in a state prison for aggravated assault and five days to six months in prison for DUI.
Ryan Stanton Harris, 26, of Clinton, Conn., was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
Trenton Allen Branch, 18, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for simple assault.
Richard F. Lowry Jr., 26, of Dunbar was sentenced to 90 days to 20 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jason Eugene Geary, 19, of Normalville was sentenced to six to 12 months in a state prison for possession of a controlled substance. In a second case, he was sentenced to 18 to 36 months in a state prison for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $1,000 in restitution to Robert Arsenberger.

Christopher Thomas Teets, 21, of Normalville was sentenced to 2 1/2 to five years in a state prison for robbery and was ordered to make $200 in restitution to Shaffer’s Market.
Mark McCoy, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to 30 days to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and 30 days to six months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.
Todd Alan Mills, 25, of Smithfield was sentenced to one year probation for harassment.
Thomas Clayton Staffen, 30, of Finleyville was sentenced to 90 days probation for disorderly conduct and 90 days probation for harassment. He was ordered to make $474 in restitution to Caroline Labuda.
John Kaseckey, 24, of Somerset was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for theft by deception and was ordered to make $798 in restitution to Audrey Booher.
Jason Anthony Chiera, 24, of Brownsville was sentenced to six to 24 months in a state prison for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $400 in restitution to Alyssa K. Rutherford. In a second case, he received the same sentence for a count of access device fraud and was ordered to make $1,600 in restitution to Troy Nichols.
Larry Paul Benavides, 31, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to nine to 24 months in a state prison for forgery and was ordered to make $36 in restitution to Scott Kreinbrook.
Robert A. Christner, 39, of Brownsville was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Craig Anthony Howard, 37, of Uniontown was sentenced to eight to 16 months in the Fayette County Prison for simple assault and three to six months in prison for fleeing or attempting to elude police.
Robert Wallace Irwin, 76, of Uniontown was sentenced to 30 days Intermediate Punishment, all served on house arrest, for DUI.
Allan Clark Jr., 38, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $2,119 in restitution to David Ganoe and Cynthia Blazik.
William Eric Ison, 20, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for firearms not to be carried without a license.
Lakisha L. Barnes, 21, of Brownsville was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $1,500 in restitution to Lee Ann Keslar. In a second case, she was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for delivery of drugs.
Deshon T. Garrison, 21, of Cleveland, Ohio, was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for perjury.
Edward Robert Bevan, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $300 in restitution to Sharon Showman and $897 to Erie Insurance.
Donald Ray Conner, 53, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for recklessly endangering another person.
Robert Anthony Wilkins, 47, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first 90 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
Eric Demond Holcomb, 26, of Brownsville was sentenced to 15 to 30 days in the Fayette County Prison for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Jerry Lee Townsend, 23, of Williamsport, Md., was sentenced to 90 days to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and 90 days in prison for driving with a DUI-related suspended or revoked license.
Michael Ray Landman, 36, of Mount Braddock was sentenced to five years Intermediate Punishment, with the first 12 months served on house arrest, for endangering the welfare of children.

Betsy Pearl Wadsworth, 35, of Connellsville was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in a state prison for aggravated assault and was ordered to make $1,215 in restitution to Wal-Mart and $1,653.15 to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Marlene Jo Ritenour, 33, of Greensburg was sentenced to six to 12 months in a state prison for retail theft and was ordered to make $1,215 in restitution to Wal-Mart and $1,653.15 to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Jamaal Johnson, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
Bernard Lewis Richardson III, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine months probation for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $20 in restitution to McDonald’s.
Elyse Wilson, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for delivery of drugs.
Mary Elizabeth Landman, 40, of Greensboro was sentenced to three to 24 months in a state prison for access device fraud and was ordered to make $180.40 in restitution to Jaclynn Anders.
Heather Jo Wible, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six months in a state prison for retail theft and was ordered to make $150 in restitution to Value City.
Cathleen Teresa Patterson, 50, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to six months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nancy Marline Horner, 30, of Connellsville was sentenced to a total of one to two years in a state prison for four cases involving two counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count each of criminal trespass and theft from a motor vehicle. She was ordered to make restitution in the following amounts: $20 to Fredrick Abdallah, $407 to David Hall and $1,060 to James Pierce.

Richard Lee Leonard, 23, of Acme was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI. In a second case, he was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $13,697 in restitution to Varden Piper.
Shawn Michael Martin, 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $700 in restitution to Carolyn Mae and Gary Clark.
Kori Lynn Spohn, 20, of Allison was sentenced to six months probation for retail theft and was ordered to make $3.58 in restitution to A-Plus.
Chester Johnson, 48, of Brownsville was sentenced to 7 1/2 to 15 years in a state prison for sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
