Menallen Twp. Burglary investigated

A house on Second Street was entered on Tuesday sometime between 3 and 10:30 p.m. and approximately $12 was taken. State police at Uniontown are investigating.

Harassment charges

Jennifer S. Jin, 27, of Uniontown and Rolanda R. Lewis, 29, of McClellandtown were both charged with harassment following a verbal argument that escalated and both allegedly struck each other at 7 Milton Ave., Uniontown, on Saturday, according to police.

Man arrested

Frank McKulka, 52, of Keisterville was arrested after he allegedly pointed a rifle at Jamie Phillips, 34, of Keisterville and threatened to shoot him during an altercation that occurred at an 828 Main St. residence at 7 p.m. Thursday, state police said. McKulka, according to police, was taken into custody without incident and charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats.

East Huntingdon Twp.

Hit-and-run probed

State police said an unknown person driving a red and black Chevrolet Blazer crashed into a vehicle belonging to Bernard Raygor of Alverton while Raygor’s vehicle was parked at a restaurant at the Countryside Plaza between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. Friday.

Police said witnesses reported the Blazer had a yellow working light on the roof and Pennsylvania license plate number GMB3717.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the state police barracks in Greensburg at 724-832-3288.

South Union Twp.

Two arrested

State police said two people involved in a physical altercation were arrested following the incident that occurred at a Hopwood-Fairchance Road residence at 8:05 a.m. Sunday. Police said Tung Pham, 30, and Wendy Cooper, 33, both of Uniontown, were both charged with simple assault and harassment.

Two injured

Tammy A. Bittinger, 39, and Albert McGregor, 41, both of West Leisenring, suffered minor injuries when the vehicle Bittinger was driving crashed into a utility pole on Bute Road at 7:19 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Connellsville Twp.

Female cited

State police said an unidentified female was cited for driving under the influence after being stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Breakneck and Crawford avenues at 1 a.m. Sunday. Police, who did not identify the female, said she was taken into custody.

South Union Twp.

Male cited

State police said an unidentified male was cited for driving under the influence after being stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of South Mount Vernon Avenue and Easy Street at 4 a.m. Friday.

Police, who did not identify the male, said he was taken into custody.

German Twp.

Woman injured

Krystle Sackett, 18, of Smithfield suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident that occurred on Leckrone Highhouse Road near Belle Terra Road at 8:11 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

Police said Sackett was taken by ambulance to Uniontown Hospital for medical treatment, noting that citations are pending.

Motorcycle, vehicle crash

State police said Allen Spaw, 19, of Farmington suffered injuries after the motorcycle he was driving allegedly crashed into the back of a vehicle driven by Anna Renze, 26, of Farmington on Route 40, just west of Route 381, at 4:14 p.m. April 22.

Police said Renze was not injured in the accident.

Bullskin Twp.

Man cited

James A. Eicher of Connellsville was cited for harassment after he allegedly was involved in a physical altercation with Heather M. Neiderhiser of Connellsville at the Sunoco Honey Bear service station at 2:01 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

South Union Twp.

Windows smashed

State police said the windows were smashed out of a vehicle owned by Superior Auto while the vehicle was parked in the dealership’s 1 Superior Way lot between 9 and 9:55 p.m. Friday.

Redstone Twp.

Vehicle accident

State police said a vehicle driven by Derek Harvey of Smock crashed into a tree along Route 166 Saturday. Police said Harvey was not injured.

Money stolen

Cynthia Crable of Cardale told police $2,000 was stolen from her Filbert-Orient Road residence April 19, state police reported.

Vehicles crash

State police said no one was injured Thursday when vehicles driven by Susan Schubert of Republic, Emmaline Brown of California and Nicole Magyar of Eighty Four crashed on Route 166.
