Matthew McCabe, a senior at Laurel Highlands High School, was named a Uniontown Rotary Club student of the month for April. He is the son of Jeff and Kathy McCabe of Uniontown. McCabe is a four-year letterman and captain of the golf team, a three-year letterman of the baseball team, Envirothon Quiz Team and National Honor Society. He was also voted Most Likely to Succeed by his fellow senior classmates. He plans to attend the University of Pennsylvania to major in neuroscience.
