The Education Council of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce has honored Dana Ciarrocchi of Uniontown and a junior at Laurel Highlands High School, as a Student of the Month for April. The daughter of Chip and Debbie Ciarrocchi, she is undecided about which post secondary school she plans to attend but intends to study pharmacy and become a pharmacist. Ciarrocchi is a sandwich artist at Subway and works at Anthony’s Lakeside Party Center. She is a member of St. Therese’s Youth Group and an honor roll student.
Ciarrocchi is very involved in the extracurricular activities at Laurel Highlands. Her activities include: varsity volleyball team, Interact Club, Math Club, Spanish Club, Students Against Destructive Decisions, member of the National Academy, Powder Puff Football and Penn State dual enrollment program.
