SHANNOPIN CIVIC CLUB, Bobtown, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. This is the last meeting of the season. ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE PARISH will hold a spaghetti dinner Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at St. Marcellus Social Hall, Jefferson. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children under age 12. Take-outs will be available. To purchase tickets, call the parish office at 724-377-2588 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
AMERICAN LEGION POST 51, Uniontown, will hold nominations of officers at 7 p.m. today at the post home. All paid 2007 members are eligible. Dues will be accepted.
AL-ANON meets at 8 p.m. Wednesdays in the basement of Trinity Presbyterian Church, corner of Morgantown and Fayette streets, Uniontown.
ALL SAINTS REGIONAL SCHOOL, Masontown will hold a flower sale in the parking lot next to the church at 101 W. Church Ave. from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Hanging baskets and various assorted live plants and flowers will be on sale and guaranteed to brighten up any mom’s day. Proceeds benefit the school.
FAMILY FAITH MINISTRIES, Carmichaels, will hold a chicken and biscuit dinner on Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. Call 966-9203 for local deliveries. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for those under 12 and free for 3 years and younger.
