Marquis House to hold Go Red For Women luncheon

The Marquis House, an assisted-living concepts community in Uniontown, will hold a mother and daughter tea for their residents and a lunch buffet for guests from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday to raise awareness regarding women and heart disease. Donations also will be accepted. Proceeds support Go Red For Women, the American Heart Association’s national movement to make women aware of their risk for heart disease – the number one cause of death and to take action to reduce that risk.
