He is survived by his wife, Olga Melnik Kowalczyk; his sons, Michael Kowalczyk, of Keene, N.H., and Frank Kowalczyk Jr., of Struthers; his daughters, Mrs. Jim (Paula) Zetts, and Nancy Casella, both of St. Joe’s, Mich.; his brother, John Kowalczyk, of Connellsville; and his sister, Connie Curtis; and 11 grandchildren.
