Correction
In an article published Wednesday about the Fayette County commissioner candidates forum held at the State Theatre Center for the Arts in Uniontown, Democratic candidate John “Sonny” Mikita acknowledged that he and John “Toots” Croftcheck are the on ly two candidates who have carried union cards, but did not urge people to vote for Mikita and Croftcheck, he only asked for a vote for Mikita. The Herald-Standard apologizes for the error.
