She was… Margaret J. Krzanowski, 80, of Mount Pleasant, Pa., died Thursday, May 10, 2007, in Westmoreland Manor, Hempfield Township.
She was born May 26, 1926, in Mount Pleasant, a daughter of the late Jacob and Josephine (Fornal) Iwaniec.
Margaret was a member of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Mount Pleasant and a member of the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church.
In additon to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Louis Krzanowski, two brothers, Edward and Valerian Iwaniec, sisters, Sr. Loretta Iwaniec of the Felician Sisters and Mary Jaworski, an infant sister, Ann and two infant brothers.
She is survived by four sisters: Joan Iwaniec, Irene Fullman, Dorothy Potosky and Marcy Pawlikowski and her husband, Edward all of Mount Pleasant; and many nieces and nephew and their families.
Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. on Sunday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 406 East Washington Street, Mount Pleasant, Pa., where a Blessing Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Mount Pleasant with the Rev. Monsignor Michael Matusak as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
A Parish Wake Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday and the Transfiguration Rosary Society will recite the Rosary at 6 p.m. on Sunday, both in the funeral home.
