He was born December 19, 1943, at Whitsett, PA.
Willis was the son of the late Willis H. and Anna Marie Smith Strother, Sr.
Willis (Bud) is survived by one daughter, April Fuoss and husband, Howard of Connellsville, PA; two sons, Theodore L. Strother, and wife, Audrey Rose of Star Junction, PA, and Timothy A. Strother, and partner, Edward Fisher of Banning, PA. He was the proud grandfather of five. He is also survived by one brother, Kenneth W. Strother of Canada, and one sister, Ella Mae Kulikoski, and husband, Joseph of Vanderbilt, Pa..
In addition to his parents, his wife, Malinda Strother, preceded him in death.
Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 106 East Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA, Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM where services will be held Tuesday evening at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Mike Vindivich will be officiating.
Interment will be private.
