Stephen Michael Uhor, 27, of 104 Oak St., Perryopolis was cited for public drunkenness and William John Zinck-Bregan, 18, of Apartment 3, 50 W. Main St., Uniontown was cited for underage drinking following a disturbance at 50 W. Main St. at 11:39 p.m. Friday, Uniontown police said.

Jeffrey David Kennedy, 35, of 569 Johnston Ave. was cited with public drunkenness after Uniontown police said they found him staggering down the middle of South Street at 12:11 a.m. Saturday.

Uniontown police said Christina Franks of Devan Avenue reported at 2 p.m. Saturday that two tires on her vehicle were cut the previous night.

Uniontown police said Donna L. Thomas of Cleveland Avenue reported at 4 p.m. Friday that a circular saw was stolen from her porch.

State police in Belle Vernon said Gerry Bohatch of Allison was cited for harassment after he allegedly grabbed Ian Prastor’s sweatshirt and hit him in the face around 12:13 a.m. Sunday.

Accident reported
State police in Belle Vernon said three people sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on New Salem Road at 2:18 a.m. Saturday. Police identified the driver of the vehicle as Melissa Beckman, 20, of Smithfield and said she lost control of her car, causing it to leave the road and overturn. The passengers were identified as Davy Hornick, 21, of Republic and Anthony Laurita, 26, of Uniontown.

Vehicle burned
State police in Belle Vernon said someone stole Priscilla Ann Christner’s vehicle from her Ruffsdale home between Sunday evening and early Monday and set it on fire at the railroad crossing on Kingview Road in Upper Tyrone Township. Police are continuing to investigate.

Michael Fawley of Labelle told state police in Belle Vernon that the paint on two vehicles parked at his Locust Street home was damaged Saturday evening, police said.
