Malinda has been named May Student of the Month by the faculty of Laurel Business Institute (LBI), Uniontown. A dual major, she graduated May 17 with Specialized Associate Degrees in accounting and business administration.

She has a grade-point average of 3.96 and has been named to the dean’s list with highest honors for four consecutive semesters.

Outside of school, Angel is a member of the Bullskin Township Lions Club and of the Sunshine Circle group at her church. She is a resident of Connellsville.
