He was born September 9, 1956, in Dunbar, Pa., the son of William Lowry and Evelyn Benson Lowry.

James was a member of the Indian Head Church of God.

He is survived by his Wife, Patricia Kasiewicz Lowry; Sisters and Brothers: Vicky Browning of Mississippi, April Hunker of Dunbar, Pa.,

Alan Lowry of Dunbar, Pa., and Adam Lowry of Acme, Pa.; also Nieces and Nephews.

Private visitation was held in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Service followed. Pastor Ben Tobias officiated.

Interment followed in the Franklin Cemetery, Dunbar.
