William S. Plavi, 59, of Nemacolin, Pa., died Monday, May 21, 2007, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, Pa., following… William S. Plavi, 59, of Nemacolin, Pa., died Monday, May 21, 2007, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, Pa., following a brief courageous battle with cancer.
He was born April 12, 1948, in Germany, the son of the late Michael Plavi and Eva Augusta Wagner Plavi.
Surviving are his three brothers: Michael Plavi and wife, Norma, Charles Plavi, Robert Plavi; five sisters: Maria Sokol and husband, Joe, Doris Jurczak, Sandra Turner and husband, Paul, Barbara Homistek and Lois Plavi; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends may join family at Laurel Point Cemetery in Carmichaels today, May 24, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the hour of rest.
The family would like to thank Rolling Meadows Nursing Home for the wonderful care that Bill received.
