Harold Allen Jones III, 19, of 63 Pershing Court, was cited for underage drinking after city police allegedly saw him place an open beer bottle on a sidewalk at 8:30 p.m. Friday, city police said.

Jeep recovered

State police are asking anyone with information about a stolen 1998 Jeep Wrangler that was found burned on June 10 to contact the barracks. Police said the vehicle, owned by Ryan Lippencott, was found with its roof and interior burned on Breakneck Avenue.

Man charged

State police charged Robert Lee Forsythe, 46, of Gates with public drunkenness after they allegedly found him intoxicated outside a Gates Road home around 3:45 a.m. on Saturday.

Vehicle damaged

State police said Thomas Milton Gehm, 70, reported that his vehicle was damaged while parked in the driveway of his Flannigan Road home on June 17.

Wallet stolen

Harriet Moser of Isabella told police her vehicle was broken into while parked at Lafayette Cemetery between 1 and 1:50 p.m. Saturday and that her wallet was stolen, state police reported.

Vehicle crash

State police said neither Jack Franklin of Perryopolis nor his passenger, Jay Franklin of Perryopolis, were injured when the vehicle Franklin was driving crashed into a utility pole on a legislative route at 11:15 p.m. Friday. Police said Franklin said he swerved to miss hitting deer that were on the road.

Vehicles collide

State police said no one was injured when vehicles driven by Jimmy Sprouse of Morgantown, W.Va., and Bradley Sidwell of Sardis, Ohio, collided on Route 70 near Exit 41 at 7:05 p.m. Friday.

Boy missing

Donna M. Washington of Uniontown told police her 15-year-old brother, Bobby Moore, has been missing since Friday night, city police reported, noting that Moore is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and 125 pounds. Washington told police she believes her brother is in Uniontown staying at a residence near the high school. Anyone with information about Moore’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-430-2929.

Warrants served

City police said two Fayette County bench warrants were served on Patricia Kiger, 40, of Uniontown at 4:04 p.m. Saturday. Police said officers were responding to an unrelated call on Park Avenue when they spotted Kiger, who was wanted by Fayette County Adult Probation. Police said Kiger was taken into custody without incident and transported to Fayette County Prison.

Shelby Pletcher of Uniontown told police three solar lights, valued at approximately $100, were stolen from the yard of Pletcher’s Nassau Street residence between June 17 and Friday, city police reported.

Joel Brett Bartholow of 33 Second St., Dunbar was cited for criminal mischief after he cut the valve stem from a tire owned by Larry Bartholow, also of Dunbar, at a home on Second Street at 2 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Cross stolen

State police said a cross was stolen from a gravestone at St. Rita Cemetery between 9 a.m. June 19 and 4:40 p.m. Thursday.

Motorcycle crash

State police said Gerald Angeline of Uniontown was injured when the motorcycle he was operating crashed at the intersection of Route 43 and Route 40 at 12:25 p.m. Sunday. A passenger, Judith Angeline of Uniontown, also was injured, police said.

Pistol stolen

Mary Klink of Markleysburg told state police that a .38-caliber pistol was stolen from her home on Braddock Road between 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday, police said.

State police said Justin Santoro, 24, of Charleroi and a 17-year-old Charleroi girl were each charged with harassment after they assaulted a 17-year-old Belle Vernon boy on Coal Alley at 3:40 p.m. Monday.

No one was injured when a vehicle driven by Martin Lengvarsky of Vanderbilt struck an embankment on Route 574 at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

Cruz L. Tinsley of Brownsville was charged with harassment after an incident involving Khe-sa Harris, also of Brownsville, at South Hills Terrace at 3 a.m. Saturday, state police said.
