The Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance (PRAA) announces that Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) grants are available to help with expenses associated with planning, promoting and presenting public cultural activities such as performances, exhibits, workshops or other special projects. Grant applications must be postmarked by July 2.

This program of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts supports non-profit organizations, individuals or agencies that present arts programming. Grants are available to applicants in the counties of Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Fayette, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland. First-time grantees are not required to match the grant award. A cash match is required for those groups that have been previously funded by this program.

Awards will range from $250-$3,000.

These awards are funded by state tax dollars being returned to the community and are awarded on a competitive basis.
