Tiffany Gayle Atkins of Jefferson Road, Perryopolis, is engaged to wed Joel Allen Hixenbaugh of Constitution Street, Perryopolis. The bride-elect is the daughter of Gary Thomas and Vicki Elaine Atkins of Jefferson Road, Perryopolis. She is a 2003 graduate of Frazier High School and is a student at California University of Pennsylvania where she is studying elementary and early childhood education.

Her fiance is the son of Michael and Donna R. Hixenbaugh of Constitution Street, Perryopolis. He is a 2001 graduate of Frazier High School and the machinist apprentice program. He is a machinist at Frazati’s in Greensburg.

An Aug. 11 wedding is planned.
