Bus accident

1 min read

No one was injured when three vehicles, including a school bus, collided at the intersection of Route 21 and Puritan Road in German Township Tuesday afternoon. According to Jim “Bob” Huhn, McClellandtown Volunteer Fire Department chief, the school bus, operated by the Albert Gallatin Area School District, was not transporting students at the time of the crash and sustained only minor damage. The crash, which occurred around 3:15 p.m., reduced traffic to a single southbound lane on Route 21 as crews cleared the wrecked vehicles. In addition to McClellandtown volunteer firefighters, the state police and Fayette EMS responded to the scene.
