Marjorie Ann Wandel, 81, of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, in the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born October… Marjorie Ann Wandel, 81, of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, in the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born October 6, 1925, the daughter of the late Bennette Carlisle Bell and Gertrude Cox Bell.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth C. Spindler, her son, Kenneth Carlisle Spindler, her second husband, Wayne Wandel, a brother, William Bell, and a sister, Phyllis Woodward.

Marjorie was a homemaker. She graduated from Uniontown High School.

She is survived by her son, Richard Charles Spindler and his wife, Bronlynn of Fredericksburg, Va.; and her daughter, Melanie Burd of Uniontown. Also left to cherish their memories of Mammam are six grandchildren: Beth Ann Valino, Melissa Lewis, Kevin Andrew Burd, Emily Spindler, Amy Spindler, and Karin Spindler; and seven great-grandchildren: Samuel-Fabian Valino, Isabel Valino, Kaeci Valino, Jesse Wells Wrede, Madison Pash, Harleigh Pash, and Nicholas Pash; and a sister, Mary Lou Fisher and her husband, Lew of Farmington.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where the family will receive friends in the funeral home today, May 31, 2007, from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, June 1, 2007, from 10 until 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of her life at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Terry Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
