Daniel Patrick Witt, the much-loved son of Ralph C. and Patricia E. Witt, passed away in an untimely accident on… Daniel Patrick Witt, the much-loved son of Ralph C. and Patricia E. Witt, passed away in an untimely accident on August 3, 2008.

Daniel was born on April 19, 1979, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was a 1998 graduate of Mt. Markham High School in West Winfield, New York, and a 2000 graduate of Herkimer County Community College. Daniel was a supervisor at Arizona Tile and living in Gilbert, Arizona.

Daniel is survived by his his grieving parents; his brother, Ralph Clark Witt, IV and his wife, Caroll of Utica, N.Y.; twin brother, Nathan Andrew Witt; his beloved grandparents: Bettie Brannan of Mesa, Ariz., and Ralph and Helen Witt of Woodale, Pa.; Daniel’s precious Goddaughter, Jaydyn Land (daughter of Denise Welch and Chad Land); his love, Alisha Carter; the loving families of his aunt, Judi and uncle, Mark Rumsey of Tempe, Ariz., uncle, Mark and aunt, Debbie Witt of Wooddale, Pa., aunt Linda and uncle, Dennis Livingood of Fort Hill, Pa., uncle, Bryan and aunt, Marcy Witt of Connellsville, Pa.; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is also survived by life long friends, Chad Land, Scott Rose, as well as, countless other close friends who shared in his passion for life.

Daniel was an avid outdoors man who loved fishing in his native New York State and home in Arizona. He will always be remembered for his contagious sense of humor and his deep love of his family and friends all across New York, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.

Daniel’s faith in Christ was not only his salvation, but is the hope for his friends and family. He now walks with Jesus, and we, as his loving family, wish that Daniel’s faith inspires you to reach out to the Lord in your life as well.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Rt. 40, Farmington, Pa., on Monday, August 11, 2008, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 1 a.m. the hour of service with the Rev. Geary Witt officiating.

Interment will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Markleysburg, Pa.
