Vandalism reported State police said Ronald Pataski of Waynesburg was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly shot windows with a BB gun at two homes owned by Patty Smitley and Bruno Celashi, both of Waynesburg, on Happy Valley Road in Franklin Twp. at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 1.

Windows broken

Vandals smashed two windows at the East Franklin School in the Central Greene School District in Franklin Twp. between 2 p.m. Aug. 5 and 5 a.m. Aug. 6, state police said.

Cars collide

State police said vehicles driven by Justin Jennings of Wind Ridge and Patty McClellan of Waynesburg collided on Crouse Road in Morris Twp. at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 6. Police said a passenger in McClellan’s vehicle suffered moderate injuries.

Man charged

Lee James Wright of Franklin Twp. was charged with retail theft for stealing a cell phone from the AT&T store in Franklin Twp. at 1:27 p.m. Aug. 4, state police said.

Charges pending

State police said charges are pending against a 27-year-old Carmichaels woman following an altercation with Janet Riley of Waynesburg at a location on Pisgah Ridge Road in Washington Twp. at 2:20 p.m. Aug. 4.

Trespass reported

State police cited Trish Kuis, 31, and Barbara Vanata, 55, both of Dilliner, for criminal trespass after they allegedly entered the home of Frank Kuis Jr. on Mabel Hill Road in Monongahela Twp. at 7:50 a.m. Aug. 3.

ATV stolen

State police said a 2007 Suzuki LT-R450 all-terrain vehicle, yellow in color, was stolen from a display tent at the Greene County Fairgrounds sometime between 1:30 and 10:30 a.m. Aug 5. Police said they believe the suspects possibly loaded the ATV onto a 2005-2008 white Ford F-150 extended cab truck between 1:30 and 2 a.m. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to call State Police at Waynesburg at 724-627-6151.

Vehicles collide

State police said vehicles driven by Autumn Lyn Gaskill, 23, of Waynesburg and Mark Wolfe, 51, of Templeton, Pa., were involved in a crash that occurred on Bluff Ridge Road in Franklin Twp. at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 6. Police said Gaskill and a passenger in her vehicle, Kady Lynn Louise Lasure, 21, of Brave, sustained minor injuries in the crash. Wolfe was not injured, police said.

House vandalized

State police said sometime between 12 a.m. Aug. 3 and 7 p.m. Aug. 5 someone shot orange paintballs at Margaret Barzanti’s residence on Plant Road in Dunkard Twp.

Phone stolen

State police cited Sharon Rose Demaske, age and address unlisted, for retail theft after she allegedly entered the AT&T store in Franklin Twp. and removed a touch-screen Tilt Phone, and then left without paying.

The incident occurred sometime between 9 a.m. June 20 and 8 p.m. June 30, police said.

Building damaged

State police said sometime between 5 p.m. Aug. 5 and 9 a.m. Aug. 6 someone entered the Greene County Humane Society building in Franklin Twp. through a rear kennel window and once inside caused damage to an interior door and filing cabinets.

Mischief reported

State police said two unidentified male juveniles cut the right side tires of a minivan owned by Christine Turcheck of Waynesburg while it was parked at the Waynesburg aquatic center parking lot at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 3.

Witnesses saw the suspects leaving in a white Chevrolet pickup with aluminum ladder racks being driven by an adult male, police said.

Juvenile charges

State police have filed numerous charges against a 16-year-old Carmichaels juvenile in connection with multiple crimes that occurred in different parts of Cumberland Twp. between 12 and 5 a.m. July 21. Charges include two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, seven counts of theft from a motor vehicle and one count of criminal mischief.

Copper wire stolen

State police reported that someone removed copper wire from the job site at Allegheny Power’s Longview Switch Station in Dilliner on two separate occasions between July 31 and Aug. 1 and Aug. 5-6 valued at $1,500.

Citation issued

State police cited Brandon Scott Lemley, 30, of Carmichaels with public drunkenness on Aug. 9 after he allegedly created a disturbance outside Just Bill’s Tavern in Cumberland Twp. at 12:20 a.m., while he was transported to Southwest Regional Medical Center following an altercation with EMS Southwest Ambulance personnel.

Theft reported

Sam Wade of Clarksville told state police that someone removed about two tons of scrap metal and motorcycle parts from his property along Clarksville Road in Morgan Twp. between Aug. 1 and 7.

Vehicle damaged

Carla Salisbury of Waynesburg told state police that someone damaged the windshield of a 1988 Lincoln Continental sedan between 1 a.m. and 12 p.m. Aug. 7 while the vehicle was parked on Fourth Street in Franklin Twp.

Vehicle stolen

State police said a vehicle owned by Charles Breeden of McAllen, Texas, that had been reported stolen on Aug. 9 was found burned at a location in Dunkard Twp. at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 10.

Man charged

Trenton Loker, 21, of Kennes, Ill., was charged with drunken driving following an incident on Rt. 188 in Franklin Twp. at 6:55 p.m. Aug. 10, state police said.

Vehicle stolen

Doyle Davis of Waynesburg told state police that his black 1999 Ford Taurus was stolen from a location on Municipal Road in Cumberland Twp. between Aug. 4 and Aug. 19, police said.

Theft reported

State police said a laptop computer and a portable DVD player owned by Panda’s Closet were stolen from the business in Franklin Twp. between 5:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and 10 a.m. Aug. 5.

Truck stolen

Craig Riffle of New Freeport reported to state police that sometime between 9 a.m. Aug. 7 and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 9 someone stole his 2004 Dodge truck from a location along Aleppo Road
