Survived by a daughter Pam Shultz (John); granddaughter, Jill Philburn (Dave); great grandchildren: Jonathan, Justin, Jacob and Josie Philburn; brother, Roy Ambrose(Martha);brother-in-law, Edward Piasecke; sister-in-law Frances Cummings; niece Martha Sheetz, and many nieces and nephews.
