Edward and Rebecca Locke of Grindstone announce the engagement of their daughter, Heidi Renee, to Brian Roy Kozy of Masontown. The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Brownsville Area High School and a 2000 gradaute of Laurel Business Institute. She is a medical transcriptionist/medical records clerk at Grandview Medical offices of Dr. Owen Nelson, Dr. David Sheba, Dr. Justin Sheba, Dr. Alan Cappellini and Redstone Rehab.

Her finace is the son of Joseph and Audrey Kozy of Masontown. He is a 2001 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School and is a machinist at Tygart Industries.

An April wedding is planned.
