Hannah Cunning-ham Radvansky Chabanik, age 89, of Smithfield, Pa., and formerly of Leckrone, Pa., passed away in the Golden Living… Hannah Cunning-ham Radvansky Chabanik, age 89, of Smithfield, Pa., and formerly of Leckrone, Pa., passed away in the Golden Living Healthcare Center, Waynesburg, Pa., Friday, February 15, 2008.
She was born on September 12, 1918, near McClellandtown, Pa.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother during her lifetime.
She enjoyed being a homemaker for many years as well as going to bingo and listening to baseball games.
She was preceded in death by her late husband Stanley Chabanik, and first husband Andrew T. Radvansky, parents, William and Bessie Cunningham, brothers, Frank Cunningham and Bill Cunningham, sisters, Mary Cunningham, Olive Sellers, Leona Kroftcheck, Ethel Danko Sileo and Nora Kloock, and a son-in-law, Huck Triplett.
She is survived by three children: Thomas A. Radvansky Sr. and his wife, Joyce, of Leckrone, Pa., Patricia Triplett of Masontown, Pa., Edward E. Radvansky Sr. and his wife, Rose, of North Olmsted, Ohio; eight grandchildren: Thomas A. Radvansky Jr. and his wife, Diane, Kathleen Nicholson and husband, Bill, Marleen Townsend and husband Jerry, Andrew Radvansky and wife, Kari, Susan Radvansky, Ken Triplett, Tracy Triplett and Edward E. Radvansky Jr. and his wife, Cheryl; eight great grandchildren: Kimberly and Jeffrey Radvansky, Maria Cutwright, Samara and Shayna Townsend, Andrew and Nicholas Radvansky and Jack Edward Radvansky.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 515 North Main Street, Masontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
The family will also receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, February 18, 2008, until 10:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
The Funeral Service will follow at Jacobs Evangelical Lutheran Church, German Township, Pa., at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jacqueline Campbell officiating.
Interment will follow in Jacobs Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
