German Twp. Man captured
State police said Christopher L. Eltschlager, 28, of Carnegie was captured Feb. 13 by police in Mercer County on a warrant issued by Magisterial District Judge Dwight Shaner.
Police said Eltschlager allegedly threatened to kill Kristen Cuppett of McClellandtown as well as her parents and grandmother in late January. Police said Eltschlager, who is in the Allegheny County Prison on unrelated charges, will be brought to Fayette County to be formally arraigned on charges of terroristic threats and harassment.

Police investigate
Uniontown police said they are investigating a report of an attempted robbery on Mifflin Street at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police said the alleged incident occurred when two unidentified men traveling in a yellow Chevrolet Cavalier stopped on Mifflin Street and began assaulting Daniel Madlock and Michael Jones, both of Uniontown. Madlock and Jones told police that the men pushed them to the ground and struck them while attempting to turn out their pockets.

Man charged
James R. Miller Jr., 45, of Everson was charged with harassment following an altercation with Starlene Weimer, also of Everson, at a home on Graft Street at 4 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

State police said a trailer loaded with dog food owned by Pleasant Trucking Co. of Connellsville was stolen from a location on Waltz Mill Road in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County, between 8:30 a.m. Saturday and 10 p.m. Sunday.

State police said a vehicle struck a car parked on East Street in Redstone Township and then fled the scene at 11 p.m. Saturday.

Woman struck
Ella Peck of Acme told state police that a man she knows struck her in the face during an altercation at a location on White Road at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

A vehicle driven by Edgar Augustine of Addison crashed on Route 40 at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.

School van accident
No one was injured Wednesday when a van transporting two unidentified Conn-Area Catholic School students collided with another vehicle near the intersection of Route 119 and West Crawford Avenue.
Connellsville police, Fayette EMS and representatives from the school and Colburn Bus Lines, owner of the van, responded to the 3 p.m. accident.

Joyce Ann Sanner, 41, of Dunbar was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on Bute Road at 1:57 a.m. Jan. 10, state police said.

Man charged
Timothy Nicholson, 24, of Connellsville was charged with terroristic threats and harassment after he choked Tana Cummings of Hopwood and threatened to kill her at a residence on Virginia Lane at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 24, state police said. Nicholson was remanded to the Fayette County Prison on $15,000 straight cash bond, police said.

State police said a 14-year-old North Union Township teenager was charged in Fayette County Juvenile Court for allegedly trying to hit two 14-year-old Springfield Township teens with a car on Ash Street Jan. 21.

Charge filed
Willie Elbert Wilson, 28, of South Union Township, was charged with harassment following an altercation on Tuesday with Tiffany Boyd and Andrea Zerecheck, both of South Union Township, at a home on Snyder Terrace, state police said.

State police said a German Township man broke two telephones and a screen door owned by Amanda Chetosky at a home on Leckrone-Highhouse Road at 11 p.m. Tuesday.
