Livi, 84, of Gaithersburg, Md., formerly of Fayette City, and Sunrise, Fla., died Wednesday, February 20, 2008, in Golden Age Retirement Home, Gaithersburg, Md. Born in Webster, on November 17, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Dorothy (Clegg) Wenzel.
Mrs. Livi worked in the Unemployment Office in Uniontown. She was a former member of the St. Sebastian Church in Belle Vernon.
She is survived by her husband, Emil Livi of Sunrise, Fla.; daughter and son-in-law, Emile Dawne and Russell Morse of Gaithersburg, Md.; four grandchildren: Mardy Land and husband, C.J., Diane Lipski and husband, Joseph II, Kara Jones and Meghan Jones; three great-grandchildren: Amanda Lipski, Jack Land and Andrew Lipski; two sisters: Emma Fulton of Vallejo, Calif., and Dorothy Wenzel of Dunlevy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Mary Dee Jones, Semina Kay Livi and Angela Livi and a sister, Becky Mattee.
Friends will be received on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Sebastian Church, Belle Vernon with the Rev. Lawrence L. Manchas as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Rostraver Township.
