BROWNSVILLE AREA CLASS OF 1968 reunion committee has canceled the 40th-year reunion for this summer due to lack of interest by the classmates.
SMOCK HISTORICAL SOCIETY is selling Easter kolachi rolls. Deadline to order is Feb. 29. Pick up date at the Smock Community Center is March 8 between noon and 1 p.m. Nut, apricot, poppy seed and prune rolls are available. Call 724-677-2415 or 724-677-2254.

UNIONTOWN SENIOR CITIZENS Valentine dance, “Arts and Flowers,” will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Monday at the Uniontown VFW Post 47, West Main Street. Dave Dahl’s orchestra will provide music for all dancing. Refreshments will be served and door prizes awarded.
BROWNSVILLE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL CLUB will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson House. Sister James Ann from Crosskeys and Lu Ann McDonald will present a program on the elderly, “Bridging the Gap.”
