Jeane Shaporka, 59, of Uniontown, Pa., and formerly of California died peacefully at home on Saturday, February 23, 2008.

She… Jeane Shaporka, 59, of Uniontown, Pa., and formerly of California died peacefully at home on Saturday, February 23, 2008.

She was born on Wednesday, September 29, 1948, in Coal Center, Pa., a daughter of the late William E. and Lucille (Encapera) Dwyer.

Jeane was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-Law, Dawne and Ernie Crawford of Lowhill, Pa.; grandsons: Joel and Travis Crawford; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Lou Dipietrantonio, of Dunlevy, Pa. Also surviving is her long time companion, John Koval, with whom she made her home along with their two dogs: Balto and Cheyenne.

Friends will be received in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME, INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa., today, February 26, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
