Two cited

Redstone Township Police cited Christina Eileen Swarrow, 25, and James Tower Ritter Jr., 27, both of Daisytown, after a disturbance at Brownsville Plaza at 4:16 p.m. Monday.

Police cited Swarrow for harassment and disorderly conduct and Ritter for disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license.

According to police, Swarrow allegedly struck Adam Greene, 22, of Daisytown in the face during the disturbance and let Ritter use Greene’s vehicle without his permission.

Police located Ritter hiding behind a building at the plaza and placed him into custody, according to a police report. Ritter later admitted to driving Greene’s vehicle, police said.

Police said they found no signs of forced entry and they have no suspects in the thefts.
