Charges pending
State police said two unidentified teenagers will be charged with receiving stolen property after they were found riding a stolen all-terrain vehicle at a business on High Street at 1:40 a.m. Dec. 3.

Redstone Township Police cited Christina Eileen Swarrow, 25, and James Tower Ritter Jr., 27, both of Daisytown, after a disturbance at Brownsville Plaza at 4:16 p.m. Monday.
Police cited Swarrow for harassment and disorderly conduct and Ritter for disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license.
According to police, Swarrow allegedly struck Adam Greene, 22, of Daisytown in the face during the disturbance and let Ritter use Greene’s vehicle without his permission.
Police located Ritter hiding behind a building at the plaza and placed him into custody, according to a police report. Ritter later admitted to driving Greene’s vehicle, police said.

Sascha McKay told city police Monday her 2005 Ford Mustang was broken into sometime overnight and a radar detector and approximately 20 compact discs were stolen.
Vandals also broke into McKay’s Chevrolet Malibu and stole a Pioneer stereo valued around $200, McKay told police. McKay said both vehicles were locked. The vehicles were parked along Easy Street when the thefts occurred.
Police said they found no signs of forced entry and they have no suspects in the thefts.

ATV sighted
Two all-terrain vehicles (ATV) were spotted traveling on Park and Searight avenues at 6:23 p.m. Sunday, city police said. Police said one of the ATVs exited an alley and struck the front bumper of the police patrol car, causing minor damage on the passenger side.
The ATVs then fled the area at a high rate of speed, heading toward Chaffee Street, police said.
