1 min read

According to State Police Trooper Pim Knapp, a 14-year-old male was sent to the hospital Friday after shooting himself in the hand at around 3:30 p.m. The youth suffered a non-life threatening injury, said the trooper, at Tuskeegee Terrace, Uniontown.

While police were still investigating the nature of the incident, Knapp said they believed it was accidental. The injured boy was sent to Ruby Memorial Hospital for surgery to repair the damage, according to the trooper.
