Woman charged
FRANKLIN TWP. – A Greene County woman is facing multiple charges after she allegedly fired a handgun at her husband during an altercation at a location in Franklin Township Wednesday night. State police said Davetta Lynn Thomas, 36, of Franklin Township was charged before Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates with assault and reckless endangerment after she allegedly fired the weapon at her husband, Gerald Dewey Thomas, 39, also of Franklin Township.
Police said the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Davetta Thomas was placed in the Greene County Prison on $50,000 straight cash bond.
